Pastor Chad Kohlmeyer served as pastor for Children, Youth and Household ministry at Atonement from 2008-2016. He moved into the role of Lead Pastor in April, 2016. He received degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. After spending two years on music ministry teams that took him to East Africa, Papua New Guinea, and Hong Kong, he entered Luther Seminary. Following, he served a call in two congregations in Northwest Wisconsin for three years before receiving a call to Atonement, beginning in September of 2008.
Pastor Chad, his wife Pastor Aly (also a pastor in the ELCA), and sons Holden, Eaven & Sullivan love a life immersed in ministry and the church and enjoy spending time re-creating in the Colorado wilderness. Pastor Chad spends “free time” memory-making with family and friends, skiing, biking, and watching kids sports.

Hannah Joy LeCroy (originally Bloom) is a Colorado native born and raised in Golden with her appreciative inquiry consultant mother, Amanda, and Unitarian Universalist minister/counselor father, Barry. She has played the piano since she was 5 years old, attending Denver School of the Arts as a piano major in high school, and later graduating with a degree in piano performance/choral education and a minor in English literature from CU Boulder.
Hannah has been blessed to do many amazing musical things in her life, including singing mass at the Vatican, singing in Carnegie Hall under Andrea Ramsey, and being one of four soloists to perform with Big Wild to a sold out crowd at Red Rocks. She was just married to Tyler LeCroy this past July and they are both so blessed to be a part of the Atonement congregation and praise God through song and community.

Office Administrator kathryn@atonementboulder.org | 303-499-4567 x0
Kathryn is the Office Administrator and can be found at Atonement four days a week, mostly mornings. With a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, she recently retired from the City of Lakewood’s Head Start program where she was the education coordinator for 26 years. Coordinating a federally funded preschool program is not unlike managing the “behind the scenes” details of a busy church, so she is looking forward to the variety of work at Atonement!
Kathryn lives in Broomfield with her husband, dog and cat. She has two grown children who are living their dreams. She enjoys baking, reading, jigsaw puzzles and being by water– lakes, rivers, oceans, you name it!
Communications & Publications Coordinator lori@atonementboulder.org
Lori has owned an administrative services business since 1998. During this time, she also worked for various churches in many different capacities from Children’s Ministry to Office Administration. She has always felt a strong calling to work for the church and with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, and Creative Writing is enjoying the opportunity to put those skills to use at Atonement.
Lori and her husband, Ron, have two children. Their son, Ryan, and daughter-in-law, Rachel, live in Tennessee, and their daughter, Tara, daughter-in-law, Sam, and granddaughter, Emory, live in Virginia. In her spare time, Lori enjoys traveling, hiking, painting, writing, and yoga (one might call her a yoga enthusiast). She writes a weekly devotional, has written a children’s book of poems, and is currently working on her first novel.
Multi-Media Tech Coordinator sam@atonementboulder.org
Sam has dedicated most of his adult life to music and audio engineering. He studied at Ithaca College before taking time off to tour with his band at the time. He was head Sound Engineer at Syntax, a music venue in Denver for six years, but decided that the night life surrounding the music scene was not a great fit for his values.
In his free time, he studies Christianity and the rich history of Mystics, as well as makes a lot of art in various mediums. He is pleased to work in a wonderful church environment and hopes to contribute all he can to Atonement Lutheran.
Financial Administrator
Jody enjoys doing our accounting, financial reporting and recordkeeping, and joining in on other data and financial projects when helpful. In her personal time she loves to play with kids, read, hike, bike, play piano, make cards, paint and do artistic things!
Atonement Lutheran is a vibrant faith community of all ages and walks of life. Come join us in worship, outreach, education, and faith development.
